These Reservation Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) govern the use of services provided by SL Events, LLC (“SL VIP,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a subsidiary of TCI Shisha Lounge, LLC, for event coordination, décor, and table bookings. By accessing our website, tcishishalounge.com (the “Website”), making a reservation, or engaging our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Website and refrain from booking any services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing the Website or engaging in our event coordination, décor services, or table bookings (collectively, the “Services”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with this Agreement.
• Binding Agreement: This Agreement is legally binding between you and SL Events, LLC. If you do not accept these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using the Website or booking our Services.
• Ongoing Agreement: Your continued use of the Website or Services constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any updates or modifications to them.

2. Age Restriction

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website or book any Services. By using the Website and/or booking Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
• If you are under the age of 18, you are prohibited from accessing the Website or engaging with our Services.
• SL Events, LLC reserves the right to deny access or refuse service to individuals who do not meet this age requirement.

3. Separation of Services: Event Coordination/Décor vs. Table Bookings
3.1 Event Coordination and Décor Services

• SL Events, LLC focuses exclusively on planning, designing, and executing event décor.
• These services cover event themes, design elements, and décor setup but do not include table reservations, seating arrangements, or venue space bookings unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
• All details, including deliverables, timelines, and pricing, will be formalized through a separate agreement.

3.2 Table Reservations
• Table bookings are independent from event coordination and décor services.

• Clients may book tables through the Website or by contacting management directly at +1 (649) 345-6121.
• Customizations or special requests for table bookings may incur additional charges, which will be disclosed in advance.

4. Disclaimer of Liability
• SL Events, LLC is only responsible for décor services provided under this Agreement. We are not liable for the quality of service, food, drinks, or any other aspects of TCI Shisha Lounge, LLC’s hospitality operations. Any concerns, disputes, or claims related to the Shisha Lounge’s services must be addressed directly with their management.

 • SL Events, LLC assumes no liability for third-party vendor performance or any issues outside of our direct control. 

• Any damage caused to SL Events, LLC’s property or rental items by the Client or their guests will be the sole responsibility of the Client. SL Events, LLC will bill the Client for repair or replacement costs as necessary. 

5. Payment and Cancellation Policy 

5.1 Event Coordination and Décor Services 

• Full payment for event coordination and décor services is required based on the size of the party and any special requests made by the client, such as fireworks or other customizations, which will incur additional fees. 

• A payment request or invoice will be sent to the client for confirmation of the reservation. • No Refunds: Payments for décor services are non-refundable under any circumstances. 

5.2 Table / Section Reservations 

• A 50% deposit is required to secure table / section reservations. The deposit can be made through the Website or via Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay, facilitated by a third-party agency handling payments and seating arrangements for VIP table / section reservations. 

• For payment disputes or additional questions concerning VIP table / section bookings, please contact the marketing agency at +1 424-202-1958 or TCI Shisha Lounge, LLC management at +1 649-231-3639. 

• The remaining balance is due on the evening of your reservation. 

5.3 Refunds for Table / Section Reservations 

• If an event is canceled without a rescheduled date, refunds for table / section reservations will be automatically issued to the original payment method used for the transaction. 

5.4 Agreement to Purchase Policy

 By purchasing a table / section reservation or booking décor services, you acknowledge and agree to this purchase policy, including all associated terms regarding payments, deposits, and cancellations.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Turks and Caicos Islands. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of our Services shall be exclusively resolved in the courts located in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.
 
 7. Changes to Terms of Service
SL Events, LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be posted on the Website, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the Website or Services following changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
 
8. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Website or Services for any unlawful purposes or in violation of this Agreement. Unauthorized use will result in termination of access to the Website and/or Services, and legal action may be pursued where applicable.
