All payment transactions are facilitated by independent third-party providers, not by Shisha Lounge directly. By making a reservation on this website, you acknowledge that Shisha Lounge is not responsible for processing payments or managing related financial transactions.
3. Deposit and Payment Terms
– A non-refundable deposit of 50% or 100% is required to secure your VIP reservation at Shisha Lounge. The deposit covers the service arrangement fee to third-party affiliates and does not apply toward any food, beverage, or other costs incurred at the venue.
– *Non-Refundable Deposit*: Once a deposit is made, it is non-refundable under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, reservation cancellations, no-shows, or disputes regarding service quality.
– You will receive an invoice from our third-party provider to process your deposit payment. All inquiries and disputes about the payment must be addressed directly with the third-party provider.
4. Payment Confirmation
Reservation confirmations are contingent upon successful deposit payment approval by the third-party provider. Tcishishalounge.com is not liable for any issues related to payment failures, delays, or cancellations caused by the third-party provider.
5. Scope of Service
The deposit only covers the reservation arrangement fee charged by the third-party provider. This fee does not include any goods, services, or experiences at Shisha Lounge. Additional expenses incurred at Shisha Lounge, such as food, drinks, and other services, are payable directly to the venue at the time of your visit.
6. Third-Party Payment Providers
Tcishishalounge.com uses independent third-party providers to process all payments. By making a reservation, you agree to the terms and conditions of these third-party payment providers. Shisha Lounge is not responsible for any additional fees, taxes, or charges that may be applied by the third-party payment providers.
Any issues related to payment processing, including disputes and chargebacks, must be resolved directly with the third-party payment provider. Tcishishalounge.com disclaims any liability related to payment processing errors, failures, or chargebacks.
7. No Liability for Venue Services
Shisha Lounge is not responsible for any dissatisfaction, service failures, or disputes arising from the quality of the services provided at the venue. Any issues related to the experience at Shisha Lounge (such as food, drinks, or other offerings) should be addressed directly with the venue management during your visit.
8. Force Majeure
Shisha Lounge will not be liable for any delay or failure in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.
